  • Is this wrap service available for DIY couples?

    Heck yes! For all you crafty couples, we’ll hook you up with an estimate on how many stems you’ll need. Then you can grab ‘em, get ‘em prepped, and we’ll swoop in to work our magic. No stress, just floral fun. 🌸✂️

  • Do I need to tell my florist about you?

    You don’t have to, but we’re all about good vibes and open convos—so a heads up is definitely appreciated. If you’d rather not, no worries—we’ll slide into their inbox ourselves and play nice. Promise. 💌

  • What are the perks if you are my florist?

    Oh, just a special Willows and Sage rate for all our clients, plus the sweet guarantee that your flower bar will be stacked with plentiful blooms.🌸

  • If you are my florist, do I still need to pay for strike?

    Yup, even though it’s the same awesome crew, we’re showing up at different times and tackling different tasks. They’ve got to hustle twice as hard, so we gotta keep it fair! But don’t worry, we’ll make it look effortless. 😉

  • Does my florist still need to come to clean up?

    YES! We are not an event clean-up service. Of course, we’ll clean any mess we make. But this is not in lieu of your florist tear-down or strike.

  • Where will you source the flowers?

    We’re all about using what’s already there! If your ceremony’s at the same spot, we’ll snag those blooms first. Then, we’ll discreetly start “borrowing” centerpieces one by one (don’t worry, your guests won’t even notice). And if your florist has extra or leftover flowers, we’re happy to put those to good use, too. It’s like a floral treasure hunt—but way more fabulous. 🌸🔍

  • Do you bring additional flowers in case there aren’t enough?

    If you’re flowering with Willows and Sage, we’ve got you covered—no surprises here. We’ll know exactly if we need to bring in extra blooms and will handle it like pros. Working with one of our floral friends? Totally get it. If you’re worried about having enough, just check in with your florist for any extra flowers they can send our way.

    Oh, and just a heads up: we don’t supply flowers if you’re working with another florist. We’re all about respect for the flower pecking order, and we offer that same courtesy at your wedding. 🌸💁‍♀️

  • Can you add custom tags or branding?

  • How long do floral workshops last?

  • Do you provide the space for floral workshops?

    Nah, babe — you bring the space, we bring the party. We’ll help you plan the setup too, so it feels like a Pinterest dream come true. 🏡🌸

  • What if I want to customize my workshop?

  • What kind of flowers are you going to use?

  • How will I know if I can book you?

    Booking is all about timing—it’s first-come, first-served, baby! You’ll get an email within 48 hours letting you know if we’re free to make your floral dreams come true and what to do next. We’re quick, so stay ready! 💌⏳

  • How will I pay for this?

    Simple! You’ll pay 50% up front to lock us in (no backing out now!) and the other 50% 14 days before the event. It’s like reserving your VIP spot to the floral party. 💸🎉

  • Where do you work (aka how far will you go to haul those flowers)?

    We’re based in Beachwood, and your booking covers anywhere within 20 miles of our floral HQ. Want us to come party further out? We’re down—as long as our team’s available and travel costs are covered. Have blooms, will travel. 🚗💐
